Welcome to OrangeOnions.com where our name truly says it all! What you may be thinking right about now is… “huh?” We know. We thought that too. If you look in Webster’s dictionary under the term “orange onion” you’ll find… nothing. However in our dictionary, orange onions mean A LOT. It has come to be synonymous with quality merchandise at bargain prices. Not to mention our pride and joy, which is our world renowned customer service.
Company History
When we founded OrangeOnions.com in Cleveland, Ohio back in 2005, we had one goal in mind. One singular focus around which everything at OrangeOnions would revolve. We set about trying to create an online retail utopia. You see, every day, in cities across our great country, millions of retail shoppers aimlessly stroll the aisles of their neighborhood Wal-Mart or Target, searching for the nearest “deal” or “clearance item.” At OrangeOnions, we see this as innocent people being taken advantage of. Well, one day as we were scouring the electronics aisle at a local Target, we had an epiphany. We said “there has to be a better way!.” (Luckily, there was no one around us as we may have gotten some funny looks.) And so began the OrangeOnions legacy.
A Legacy is Born
In order to keep the overhead low, we started in a garage. We wanted a product line that people would find useful and enjoyable and yet would not have to sell their mother-in-law on eBay to afford. Thus began OrangeOnions.com. Within a few short months, the garage was bursting at the seams and OrangeOnions moved to a sprawling warehouse on Cleveland’s East side. This has enabled us to continue to grow our inventory of quality, yet affordable items. What’s our secret? We don’t have one. At OrangeOnions, we have one simple goal in mind – to provide our customers with that online utopian feeling. C’mon, you know what we mean.
Where We Are Today
Today, OrangeOnions continues to grow at a pace that nobody foresaw back in the garage days. Our customers, or Onionoids, as some of our customers like to be called, (we don’t actually know if they LIKE to be called Onionoids, but we call them that and nobody has called us to complain – don’t worry it is complimentary!) keep coming back for more and thankfully bringing new customers in tow. We like to think of ourselves as the company that’s by the customer, for the customer. In keeping with that theme, we welcome and encourage customer feedback. Any questions, comments and suggestions on what we can do to enhance your online shopping experience are welcome and appreciated. We’re here to work for you and with you. And thankfully, unlike some other companies we know, we have yet to ask for a government bailout.

All OrangeOnions orders are shipped via FedEx Ground Service unless otherwise selected. Average delivery times are 2-5 business days. Cost of shipping is a flat rate of $6.99. OrangeOnions offers free shipping for orders over $89 upon checkout. For other free shipping offers throughout the year, sign up for the OrangeOnions Newsletter, become a fan of OrangeOnions on FaceBook or follow OrangeOnions on Twitter. Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation from OrangeOnions with a FedEx tracking number for easy order tracking.
Shipping to PO Boxes
OrangeOnions will ship products weighing 1 lb. and less to PO Boxes within the 48 contiguous United States. Products that weigh more than 1 lb. cannot be shipped to a PO Box. For all PO Box orders that weigh more than 1 lb, delivery will be delayed until a physical address is given.
Alaska, Hawaii & International Shipping
OrangeOnions does not currently ship items to areas outside the 48 contiguous United States.
Priority Mail Shipping Option
Orders that are shipped via USPS Priority Mail are delivered within 3-6 business days of when the order was placed. Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed an OrangeOnions shipment confirmation and a delivery confirmation number to confirm that your order has shipped.
FedEx Shipping Options
FedEx Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air are available as shipping options within the 48 contiguous United States. For Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air you will be charged based on the weight of your order as calculated using the shipping rate table. Shipping options may vary based on the product(s) ordered. This shipping charge will appear in your shopping cart as you finalize your order BUT before your credit card is charged so you can review this amount. Upon shipment of your order, you will be emailed a shipment confirmation from OrangeOnions with a FedEx tracking number for easy order tracking.

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by OrangeOnions within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All return requests MUST be obtained via e-mail to sales@orangeonions.com. OrangeOnions does not accept return requests over the phone. Merchandise must be returned in unopened, unused, sellable condition in order to receive credit. Full credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 5 days of your receipt of shipment. A 15% restocking fee applies to all products purchased through eBay and Amazon. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the merchandise return is a result of an OrangeOnions error, the return shipping costs will be paid in full by OrangeOnions.
Gift Returns
You may return new, unopened items received as a gift that were sold and fulfilled by OrangeOnions within 30 days of delivery from OrangeOnions for a full refund. Products under Warranty
Products that are under warranty must be returned to the manufacturer’s warranty center. If there are any problems OrangeOnions will be happy to help filing the warranty.
Damaged Shipments
OrangeOnions makes every effort to safely secure and ship all packages, but sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to OrangeOnions via email at sales@orangeonions.comsales@orangeonions.com within 24 hours of receipt. The shipping company will provide OrangeOnions with a visual inspection of the merchandise and box. If the damage is the result of a shipping error, replacements of the damaged merchandise will be reshipped or you will be issued credit for the amount of the damaged merchandise.
Canceling Your Order
If you decide you would like to cancel your order from OrangeOnions, please call 1-877-457-5238 or email sales@orangeonions.com immediately after purchase. Orders can be cancelled and refunded prior to packing and shipping. However, order cancellations received after shipment has occurred cannot be cancelled or refunded. Remember that Orangeonions enforces lightning fast shipping standards, so please call or email immediately after purchase to ensure cancellation.
Back Orders
OrangeOnions regularly stocks every item carried. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product, occasionally OrangeOnions may run out of certain products. In this event, an estimated time will be given to you of the availability and delivery of the product. At this time you can cancel your order for the product or you can proceed under the new delivery timeline. If you choose to continue with your order, you can opt to postpone shipment of your entire order until the product is available, or receive a partial shipment of the in-stock item(s) first and the out-of-stock item(s) when they are available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for these partial shipments.
